Last weekend Dad participated in the annual Fireweed bike race. He did the fifty mile time trial. We drove the camper and crew to Sheep Mountain Lodge for a spaghetti feed the night before. We all carbo-loaded very well before the race. The next day we went to the pancake breakfast and then watched Dad start, then drove along in the car cheering whenever we passed him or he passed us. We had quite the crew of cheerleaders.
