Twilight 6K

Louisa and I ran in our very first 6K race. We have run many 2Ks before. We had a loosely structured training routine that included walking/running at the local track. We were a little nervous but very excited. You can see us pictured here as we are entering the home stretch.

And a group shot of all the contestants. Check out the matching race shirts! Cool! The older gentleman pictured here came in last in his age group. Louisa came in 28th and I came in 14th in our Under 12 Girls group.

This old man,
He just won.
He played knick-knack on the run.
